荷兰能力本位教育在课程建设方面对我国高职教育的启示——以人力资源管理专业为例

The curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges is the key to improve the teaching quality. The development of the curriculum system, the content of courses and the choice of the teaching method play an important role during the process of the curriculum construction. The compe tency based education of Holland, which takes the project teaching as a platform and take cultivating the ability of students as a core, gives us the excellent reference in the reform.
