二元经济结构视角下我国投资消费失衡问题研究

Analysis on the Imbalance between Investment and Consumption from the Perspective of Dual Economic Structure

由于城乡二元经济结构的存在,我国投资消费失衡具有典型的二元结构特性,投资率偏高主要是城镇投资率偏高,消费率偏低主要是农村地区消费率偏低。二元经济结构通过二元国民收入分配体制、二元财政支出体制、二元金融体制对我国投资消费失衡产生影响,因此为了促进投资消费均衡,应促进我国二元经济结构转换,其中关键是促进城乡二元国民收入分配体制、二元财政支出体制以及二元金融体制改革。

As a result of urban and rural dual economic structure, investment and consumption in China has a typical dual structure. High investment rate is mainly caused by the high city investment rate, and low consumption rate is mainly caused by rural areas＇ low consumption rate. This dual economic structure affects imbalance between investment and consumption through dual national income distribution system, dual fiscal expenditure system, dual financial system. In order to promote balance between investment and consumption, we should transform this dual economic structure, among which the key point is to promote the dual national income allocation system, dual fiscal expenditure system and dual financial system.
