In Aug., 2005, the Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL) purchased 90 percent of stocks of Shandong Rizhao SSYMB Pulp and Paper Corporation,which means the first strategic step of APRIL in China paper industry. In the following 7 years, APRIL SSYMB promoted the significant progress in investing environment,innovating technology and fulfilling the responsibility, by relying on the advantages in talent, capital, technology,management of APRIL .
