摘要
铁矿石烧结是钢铁生产流程的关键环节,烧结矿的物理特性,如强度、粉末含量、粒度,以及化学成分的稳定性直接影响高炉的炉况及铁水质量。通过最优控制算法,建立了烧结过程工艺参数与烧结终点温度之间的最优控制模型,实现了烧结终点温度与点火强度的最优控制。
The iron ore sintering is a key link in the process of iron & steel making. The physical properties of sinters,such as strength, fines content,size, and its stability of chemical composition directly affect the quality of liquid iron and condition of blast furnace. The optimM control model is set up for sintering process parameters and burn through point temperature by optimal control algorithm,and the optimal control is realized for sintering burn through point and ignition intensity.
