摘要
基于宝钢股份炼铁厂对三台烧结机进行的质量和能量平衡测试工作,比较了各烧结机的质量和能量收支状况。从原燃料、工艺装备以及运行模式等方面,对三台机热量利用情况进行了差异对比分析。总结了宝钢烧结为优化热利用水平而采取的相应改进措施,同时本次测试的原始数据及其分析可为今后节能降耗增产等方面的技术改造提供参考依据。
Based on the balance test for mass and energy of the three sintering machines in Iron-making plant of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the income and expense of mass and energy for these sinter machines were compared. The differences of thermal utilization efficiency for the three sinter machines were compared and analyzed in terms of the raw materials and solid fuels,process equipment and operation mode etc. The corresponding improvement measures adopted in Baosteel to optimize thermal utilization efficiency were summarized. In addition, the original measured data and analysis can provide important reference for technical modifications like saving energy, reducing cost and increasing production in future.
