摘要
氧化球团生产过程中的窑况控制直接影响到产能的发挥。通过总结首钢球团厂近几年来超设计产能生产过程中的窑况控制经验,对超产过程中窑况恶化进而结圈的原因进行了分析归类,并对高产情况下的窑况稳定控制进行了探讨。
The control of kiln performance during oxidized pellet production directly affects the production capacity, based on the control experience of kiln performance during production process with over-capacity over the past few years in Sheugang Pelletizing plant, the causes for deteriorating of kiln behavior and resulting kiln ringing during over-production process were analyzed and classified,and stable control of kiln performance in high output condition was discussed.
