烧结混匀矿转运料线的优化设计及生产

摘要 环保搬迁后的重钢烧结所用铁原料混匀矿的转运非常紧张,主因是没有设计混匀矿的中储仓,同时混匀矿在转运3#烧结机时设计上存在一定的不足。通过对烧结混匀矿转运料线的优化设计及不断改进,取得了很好的效果。经生产实践证明,有效缓解了烧结混匀矿供料紧张的局面。 The intensity of transferring the blended iron ore materials used for Chongsteel sintering after environmental relocation is high, the main reason for this is that the intermediate bin is not designed for the blended ores, and certain defects exist in design of transferring blended ores to No. 3 sinter machine. Through optimization design and continuous improvement of transfer line of blended ores for sintering, good effect has been achieved. The production practice shows that, the short supply of sintering blended ores has been effectively alleviated.
