日本劳资关系管理制度对我国的启示 被引量:4

摘要 日本在战后经济高速发展,劳资关系比较稳定,这与日本健全的劳资关系管理制度密不可分。研究日本的劳资关系管理实践对于构建我国和谐劳资关系具有十分重要的借鉴意义。文章从日本劳资关系的特征、立法、工会组织、团体交涉、三方机制等方面进行阐释,并指出了对我国劳资关系管理有益的经验和启示。
