街区适宜尺度的判定特征及量化指标

Judgement Characteristics and Quantitative Index of Suitable Block Scale

通过对街区内涵的解析,归纳出了街区适宜尺度的具体判定特征,在此基础上进行了街区适宜尺度的量化研究,通过对国外90个大城市中心区街区尺度的统计和对比分析,确定了街区适宜尺度的量化指标.结果表明:在城市设计中对街区适宜尺度的选择,应倾向于把街区的合理尺度控制在200m以内;同时,结合我国城市建设中街区尺度普遍趋大的现实与规划实际情况考虑,这一尺度范围控制在150～200 m更为恰当.该量化指标可作为一个通用的街区尺度适宜性判断基准,为城市设计中塑造适宜的街区尺度提供参考.

By analyzing the connotation of blocks, the judgement characteristics of a suitable block scale are summed up and are used to perform a quantitative research on the suitable block scale. Then, according to the statistical data and the contrast analysis of the block scales of ninety urban central districts abroad, a quantitative index of suitable block scale is determined. The results show that, in urban design, the reasonable block scale should be controlled at less than 200 m; and that, as the block scale in Chinese cities tends to become larger, a more suitable scale should be set within the range of 150 -200m. The presented quantitative index can be used as a general criterion for the judgement of optimal block scale and it provides a reference for determining suitable block scale in urban design.
