摘要
利用流程模拟软件,通过改变转化炉出口温度、水碳比等条件对焦炉煤气甲烷转化的影响进行研究,确定出最优的焦炉煤气转化工艺条件,使合成气更适合甲醇生产的要求。参数优化后,每吨甲醇消耗焦炉煤气约降低50m3,甲醇产量提高3%~4%。
The effects of reformer exit temperature and steam/carbon ratio on the reforming of coke oven gas (COG) were investigated using the process simulation software to determine the optimum operation parameters for the COG reformer, in order to make the syngas more suitable for methanol synthesis. After operation parameter optimization, COG consumption reduced about 50m3 per ton methanol, and the output of methanol increased about 3 percent to 4 percent.
