环氧化酶2基因-765G>C位点多态性在宁夏回、汉族人群的分布

The Distribution of COX-2-765G>C Polymorphism in Ningxia Population

目的探讨环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)-2基因启动子区-765位点基因型和等位基因频率在宁夏回、汉族人群的分布。方法通过聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测251例回族和285例汉族健康人群COX-2基因启动子区-765G>C多态性位点。结果 COX-2-765G>C基因型GG、GC、CC和等位基因G、C的分布频率在宁夏汉族人群中是70.88%、27.72%、1.40%和84.74%、15.26%,在回族人群中是69.32%、29.88%、0.80%和84.26%、15.74%,两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在宁夏男性人群中是73.94%、25.00%、1.06%和86.44%、13.56%,在女性人群中是65.87%、32.94%、1.19%和82.34%、17.66%,COX-2-765GC基因型在宁夏女性人群中分布高于男性(P=0.044)。结论 COX-2-765G>C基因型和等位基因频率在宁夏回、汉民族间分布无差异,宁夏女性人群携带COX-2-765GC基因型多于男性。

Objective To investigate and compare the frequencies of COX -2 -765G 〉 C genotypes and al- leles between ethnic Han and Hui , male and female in Ningxia population. Methods COX -2 genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction -restriction fragment -length polymorphism （PCR -RFLP） in 251 ethnic Hui and 285 ethnic Han healthy adults. Results The frequencies of the COX -2 -765GG, GC, CC genotype and allele G, C in group ethnic Han were 70.88% ,27.72% ,1.40% and 84.74%, 15.26% , respectively, compared with 69.32% ,29.88% ,0.80% and 84.26% ,15.74% in group ethnic Hui, respec- tively. The frequencies of the COX-2 -765GG, GC, CC genotype and allele G, C among male population were 73.94% ,25.00% , 1.06% and 86.44% , 13.56% , respectively, compared with 65.87% ,32.94% , 1.19% and 82.34%, 17.66% , respectively, in females. Conclusion The distribution of COX - 2 - 765G 〉 C genotypes and alleles were no difference between ethnic Han and Hui healthy adults in Ningxia pop- ulation. The frequency of 765GC genotype is higher in Ningxia females than males.
