p53信号通路与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 在人体正常细胞的活动中,p53(mtp53)基因通过参与诱导细胞周期阻滞、促进细胞凋亡和DNA的修复等,发挥着避免受损DNA堆积、维持基因组的稳定及调节细胞的分化与衰老等功能活动。2000年,Vogelstein和Levine等学者提出了p53基因网络的概念,认为许多基因形成网络协同调节细胞的生命活动,不应该孤立地观察单个基因的生物学功能[1]。
