摘要
从停业,到破产,河北肃宁尚村农信社走了十年,凸显农信社市场化改革的艰辛。
As China’s first rural credit cooperatives(RCC) which was approved to go bankruptcy, Shangcun Rural Credit Cooperatives in Suning county, Hebei Province, has generated discussions within the banking industry. As a matter of fact, due to a high volume of nonperforming loans, many of the RCCs are technically insolvent. Although the central banking authorities and local governments have considered many measures to improve the performance of the RCCs, the reform of the RCCs is still a herculean task.
