摘要
介绍了基于DFQ的前照灯自动调节系统设计,首先对系统进行改进设计使之适应当前步进电机的结构;接着通过步进电机驱动参数的调整有效降低了调节系统卡死的风险,并运用容差设计实现了背光调节的一致性和恶劣工况下调节系统的可靠工作;最后通过台架和实车测试验证了系统改进的效果。
The design of automatic headlight adjustment system based on design for quality technique is presented in this paper. Firstly a modification design is conducted on the system to make it adapted to the structure of present step motors. Then the driving parameters of step motor are adjusted to effectively prevent the adjusting mechanism from getting stuck, and further a tolerance design is performed to achieve the uniformity of backlight ad-justment and the reliable work of adjusting system under adverse conditions. Finally both bench and real vehicle tests validate the results of system improvement.
