摘要
分析了车用电喷发动机常用电磁阀的驱动特性,提出了电磁阀相关故障检测的一般方法。通过故障检测硬件电路设计和利用模糊层次分析方法设计相关诊断软件,在柴油机高压油泵电磁阀上进行了实际的故障诊断试验。结果表明,该诊断方法很好地实现了对电磁阀的断路和对地、对电源及内部短路等故障的诊断,达到了系统应用的要求。
The driving characteristics of solenoid valve commonly used in electrically controlled fuel injec-tion engine of vehicles are analyzed and a general method of fault diagnosis for solenoid valve is proposed. Based on the designs of hardware circuit for fault detection and corresponding software for fault diagnosis by using fuzzy AHP technique, a real fault diagnosis test is performed on the solenoid valve of the high pressure fuel pump in a diesel engine. The results show that the diagnosis method can well fulfill the diagnosis on the faults of circuit break, short circuit to ground, short circuit to source and inner short circuit of solenoid valve, meeting the requirements of system application.
