澳洲EAP课程在中国高校的教学实践研究——以浙江科技学院中澳班为例 被引量:1

摘要 高校国际合作办学要求学生具备良好的学术英语基础。浙江科技学院中澳合作项目在学习需求分析的基础上引进澳洲EAP课程,开发并运用PASIT教学理念,使学生在完成任务的过程中掌握学术英语的特点,学会用英语撰写研究论文和报告,能用英语进行一般的学术交流,为学生学习国外大学专业课程奠定良好的语言和学术基础。实践证明,EAP教学能提高中国学生分析问题、查找外语文献、撰写英语学术论文等的能力,有助于培养学生终身学习的能力。 The internationally cooperative running of tertiary educational program requires students to have a good foundation in academic English.The Sino-Australia program in ZUST(Zhejiang University of Science and Technology) introduces EAP(English for academic purposes) courses on the basis of study needs analysis and develops the notion of PASIT,with the aim of preparing the students to enroll in foreign degree courses by enabling them to master the characteristics of academic English,write research papers and reports,and participate in academic communication in English.The findings indicate that EAP can improve Chinese students' abilities in question analysis,research,and composition of English in the academic style,which will contribute to their life-long learning.
