摘要
在模拟自然干旱胁迫条件下对银脉凤尾蕨和阔叶鳞盖蕨含水量(RWC)、脯氨酸(Pro)、叶绿素(CHL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量等抗性生理生化指标的变化进行研究了。结果表明:银脉凤尾蕨自然干旱胁迫17天后开始萎蔫比阔叶鳞盖蕨耐胁迫天数长4天,其叶片含水量和叶绿素含量减少速度比阔叶鳞盖缓慢,而游离脯氨酸上升速度均比阔叶鳞盖蕨快,叶银脉凤尾蕨CAT活性下降速度总体上比阔叶鳞盖蕨缓慢。因此,银脉凤尾蕨抗旱性比阔叶鳞盖蕨强。
In simulating natural drought stress conditions, the resistance physiological and biochemical indexes of Pteris ensiforrnis f. var. victoriae and Microlepia platyphylla were measured in this paper, such as relative water content (RWC), Proline content (Pro), chlorophyll content (CHL) and catalase content(CAT). The results showed that P. ensiformis f. vat. victoriae had begun to wilt after 17 days in drought stress, 4 days longer than that of M. platyphylla. The descent rate of RWC and CHL of P. ensiformis f. var. victoriae leaves were slow than that of M. platyphylla, while the climb rate of free praline were just the reverse. The descent rate of CAT activity of P. ensiformis f. var. victoriae was slow than that of M. platyphyll as a whole. Therefore, the drought resistance of P. ensiformis f. var. victoriae is stronger than that of M. platyphylla.
