2011年福建省医疗机构法定传染病报告管理质量调查

Survey on the Quality of Notifiable Infectious Disease Reports and Managements in Medical Institutions,Fujian Province,2011

[目的]了解福建省各级各类医疗机构法定传染病疫情网络报告的质量及传染病个案信息报告质量。[方法]2012年1月,对2011年福建省部分医疗机构法定传染病报告管理情况进行调查。[结果]调查各级各类医疗机构254个,2011年机构报告率为97.16%,法定传染病报告及时率为95.66%,一致率为94.41%,完整率为96.95%,准确率为95.97%。TOPSIS法综合评价,全省为0.64,福州、厦门、宁德、莆田、泉州、漳州、龙岩、三明、南平分别为0.37、0.11、0.53、0.37、0.58、0.73、0.94、0.85、0.75。[结论]2011年福建省医疗机构法定传染病报告质量一般,各地区报告质量差异较大。

[Objective]To understand the quality of notifiable infectious disease reports and managements in all kinds of medical institutions at various levels in Fujian province. [Methods]A survey was conducted in January 2012 in some medi- cal institutions in Fujian province on the actual condition of notifiable infectious disease reports and managements in 2011. [Resuits]A total of 254 medical institutions were surveyed at various levels, medical institutions report rate in 2011 was 97.16% ,notifiable infectious disease report timeliness rate was 95.66%,consistency rate was 94.41%,integrality rate was 96.95%,and accuracy rate was 95.97 %. TOPSIS method synthetically evaluation Fujian province was 0.64, Fuzhou was 0.37, Xiamen was 0.11, Ningde was 0.53, Putian was 0.37, Quanzhou was 0.58, Zhangzhou was 0.73, Longyan was 0.94, Sanming was 0.85, and Nanping was 0.75. [Conclusion]The quality of notifiable infectious disease reports in medical institutions in Fujian province is at an average level,and the difference of regional reports is great.
