2011年德州市德城区中小学生肺结核防治知识知晓情况调查

Survey on the Awareness Status of TB Prevention and Control Knowledge Among Primary and High School Students in Decheng District,Dezhou City,2011

[目的]了解德州市德城区中小学生结核病防治知识水平,为开展学校结核病控制工作提供依据。[方法]2011年11～12月,对德城区9所中小学校的部分学生进行调查。[结果]调查1 518人,结核病防治知识知晓率为81.52%。其中,96.18%的学生知道肺结核,96.11%知道咳嗽是肺结核的症状之一,89.46%知道咳痰是肺结核的症状之一,96.05%知道肺结核有传染性,67.06%知道咳嗽咳痰3周以上应考虑患了肺结核,72.66%知道所在地有免费检查肺结核的地方,72.53%知道所在地有免费治疗肺结核的地方。结核病防治知识知晓率,男生为80.42%,女生为82.68%(P>0.05);小学生为73.94%,初中生为81.54%,高中生为88.44%(P<0.01);城区学生为86.04%,农村学生为74.66%(P<0.01)。[结论]德城区中小学生结核病防治知识知晓率较高,但不够全面。

[Objective]To know the status of TB prevention and control knowledge among primary and high school students in Decheng district, Dezhou city, so as to provide basis for the work of TB prevention in primary and high school. [Methods]A survey was conducted among students in 9 primary and high schools of Decheng district,from November to December, 2011. [Results]81.52% of the 1518 respondents, knew TB prevention and control. Among them, 96.18% students knew TB：96.11 % knew that cough was one of the symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis;89.46 % knew that ex- pectoration was one of the symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis;96.05 % knew that the pulmonary tuberculosis was infec- tious;67.06% knew that after 3 weeks of expectoration, people should be diagnosed as TB; 72.66%, there were some medical institutions free of charge for testing TB; 72.53 % knew that the local medical institution could provide the free treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. For the awareness status of TB prevention and control knowledge, boys was 80.42% ,girls was 82.68 %（ P〉0. 05） ,73. 94% of pupils,81.54% of junior high school students,88.44%（ P 〈0.01） of senior high school students,86.04% of students in urban areas,74.66% of rural students（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The rate of the awareness status of TB prevention and control knowledge of primary and high school students in Decheng dis- trict, Dezhou city, is high, but incomplete.
