摘要
运用可靠性理论,对所采集的某型飞机液压泵的故障数据进行数理统计分析,得到了液压油泵的故障分布服从指数分布的结果,并根据故障率的计算数据,归纳出通过缩短液压泵大修时间来减少磨损故障是无法实现的结论。
According to the reliability theory, the failure data of hydraulic pump for an aircraft is analyzed. Then, the conclusion that the failure distribution of hydraulic pump obeys the exponen-tial distribution is drawn. According to the calculation results of failure rate, the conclusion is drawn that shortening the repair time to reduce the wear fault is impossible.
