摘要
本文介绍了一种基于无线数据传输技术的婴儿培养箱检测仪的设计,该检测仪测温系统选用PT100铂金属温度传感器,测温精度为0.01℃。无线数据传输模块采用nRF905,测温探头配备检测支架,可以方便快捷地调整传感器布置点,检测完全自动化。开发软件用采用美国NI公司的LabVIEW2011可视化开发系统,人机交流界面友好。
The design of a kind of tester for baby incubator based on wireless data transmission technology is introduced in this paper. The PT100 platinum temperature sensor is used in the temperature measuring system of the tester, and the temperature measuring precision of the test-er is 0.01℃. The nRFg05 is used in the wireless data transmission module, and a temperature measuring probe is equipped with a detection bracket, which can adjust the sensor arrangement conveniently and quickly. LabVIEW2011 of American NI Company is used as development soft-ware, which has friendly man-machine communication interface.
