摘要 选用分散染料对涤纶织带进行热熔染色,研究了带液率、预烘条件、热熔固色条件、还原清洗等对染色性能的影响。研究表明:控制好预烘、固色温度可以有效提高涤纶织带的匀染性和幅宽稳定性。最佳的涤纶带分散染料热熔染色工艺为:防泳移剂AZN10 g/L,涤纶匀染剂PE 4 g/L,pH4~5,带液率40%左右,预烘温度100℃;热熔固色条件:180~210℃,2.5 min;还原清洗条件:保险粉8 g/L,烧碱4 g/L,温度85℃。采用该工艺对涤纶带分散染料热熔染色,能够得到较好的匀染性和较高的色牢度。 This paper selects disperse dyes for thermosol dyeing of polyester ribbon and studies the influences of liquid entrainment rate, preliminary drying condition, thermosol fixation condition and reduction clearing etc. on dyeing properties. The research shows that good control of preliminary drying and fixation temperature can effectively improve the level-dyeing property and breadth stability of polyester ribbon. The best thermosol dyeing process of disperse dyes for polyester ribbon: migration inhibitor AZN 10 g/L, levelling agent for polyester PE 4 g/L, pH value 4-5, liquid entrainment rate 40% approximately, preliminary drying temperature 100℃; thermosol fixation condition 180-210℃, 2.5 min; reduction clearing condition: sodium hydrosulfite 8 g/L, caustic soda 4 g/L, temperature 85 ~C. Using this process for thermosol dyeing of disperse dyes for polyester ribbon can result in a good level-dyeing property and high color fastness.
