紫外辐射时间对莫代尔针织物抗起球性的影响

摘要 针对莫代尔针织物易起毛起球的特点,在染色后利用紫外辐射进行处理,以提高其抗起球性。结果表明,处理后针织物抗起球效果极为明显,甚至对其非反应面的抗起球效果都有所改善。从整体来看,紫外整理对试样的强力无太大影响,但随着处理时间的增加褪色加剧,若对颜色要求较高则可以将该紫外整理工序提至染色前,以减少对织物颜色的影响。研究显示就抗起球效果而言,最佳工艺参数为:500 W紫外辐射10 min。 Specific to the characteristic of easy pilling of Modal knitted fabrics, this paper uses UV radiation for processing after dyeing so as to improve its pilling resistance. The result shows that knitted fabrics have an obvious effect of pilling resistance after processing and its non-reaction surface even has an improved pilling resistance effect. On the whole, UV finishing have few influences on brute force of the sample. However, with the increase of processing time, the color fading intensifies. If there is a high requirement for the color, this UV finishing process can be implemented before dyeing so as to reduce its influence on the color of fabrics. The research shows that the best process parameter is 500 W UV radiation for 10 min in terms of the pilling resistance effect.
