摘要
利用自行研制的水下射流试验平台对低压大流量自激脉冲水射流装置吸气与不吸气的性能进行了研究,得到了不同淹没水深下脉冲射流装置水射流打击力和吸气量。试验结果表明,在不同淹没水深和工作压力下,装置吸气后打击力均高于不吸气;随着工作压力的增加,装置吸气打击力提高的幅度要高于不吸气;吸气量和相对吸气量随着工作压力的增大而增加,水深的增大而减小,当工作压力超过一定值时,不同水深吸气量相差不大,相对吸气量趋于一定值;最后对腔长40mm和腔长50mm的打击力和吸气量进行了分析比较。
With a test platform of underwater jet independently developed, experimental test was conducted to study performances of a self-excitation pulse submerged water jet equipment for low pressure and mass flow under conditions of air suction and non-air suction. Jet hitting power and suction capacity of the equipment were obtained for different submergences. Measured results show that for different submergences and working pressure, the hitting power in air suction case is higher than that of non-air suction. As working pressure increases, the raise margin of hitting power pulse in the air suction case is higher. Suction capacity and relative suction capacity increase with working pressure and decrease with submergence. For different water depth, if working pressure is beyond a certain threshold, suction capacity is nearly the same and relative suction capacity tends to a constant. A detailed analysis and comparison for cavity length about 40mm and 50mm are given.
