摘要
首次报道了利用SSR标记对辽宁花生种质资源进行遗传多样性分析的效果。结果表明,10对引物在32份花生种质资源中共扩增出67条带,其中18条呈现多态性,多态性比率为26.9%,很好地揭示了辽宁地区花生种质资源之间的遗传差异,为今后花生新品种选育提供了依据。
In this report, the utility of SSR markers in Liaoning peanut was evaluated for the first time. 32 peanut germplasm accessions, including 18 from Liaoning and 14 from other provinces, were analyzed using SSR technology. A total of 67 bands were generated with 10 SSR primer pairs, of which 18 (26.9%) were polymorphic. The genetic difference in Liaoning peanut germplasm resources could be detected. The study is of great reference to peanut breeding in Liaoning.
