高校思政课开放式分层教学模式探讨

On Open Stratified Teaching Mode in the Ideological and Political Courses at Universities

开放式分层教学模式兼有开放式教学理念与分层教学的特点,可以包容学生的差异性,促进所有学生的全面发展。但是在高校思政课大班教学中实施分层教学显然在操作上存在很多障碍。因此,将教师分类作为解决路径,让学生根据教师的教学风格与特色自主选择任课教师,从而实现学生分层,不失为一种尝试。现实中由学生自主选择任课教师,也可以说是反向推动了教师分类,结果也是分层教学。

Combined open teaching idea with stratified teaching characteristics,the open stratified teaching mode can accommodate the diversity of students and promote the overall development of all students.But there are many difficulties in multi-level stratified teaching in ideological and political courses of universities.One solution is to classify the teachers and let students choose their teachers according to the teacher＇s teaching style and features.The fact of students＇ choosing teachers can promote the teachers to form distinct characteristics,hence stratified teaching.
