思想政治教育过程中的基本要素和基本矛盾是思想政治教育研究中基本问题,科学地分析、认识这一问题,对于推动思想政治教育的科学发展,揭示思想政治教育过程的基本规律具有重要意义。思想政治教育过程主要包括:思想政治教育的准备环节、思想政治教育的施教和转化两大环节。在这两个基本环节中,主要包括社会历史条件、教育者、教育内容和受教育者四个基本要素。它们有机地联系在一起,构成了思想政治教育过程这一体系。它们之间既相互依存、相互对立、相互作用、又相互转化,构成了思想政治教育过程的基本矛盾。

The basic problem of the ideological and political education study is the basic elements and contradictions in ideological and political education process.Analyzing and understanding this problem scientifically have great meaning to revealing the basic rules and promoting the scientific development of the ideological and political education.The process mainly includes the preparation,teaching and transforming,which involves the social historical conditions,educators,education contents and educatees.They relate together organically and constitute the system of ideological and political education process.They not only depend and interact mutually but also oppose and transform mutually,which constitutes the basic contradictions of the ideological and political education process.
