在当前大学生就业形势日益严峻的形势下,就业指导应与高校大学生的思想教育相结合。从思想政治教育在大学生就业指导中的作用入手,分析了当前存在的问题,并提出加强大学生就业中思想政治教育的对策。

In college students＇ serious employment situation today,employment guidance should be integrated with college students＇ ideological education.This paper,from the role of the ideological and political education in college students＇ employment guidance,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures in order to provide the reference for university students＇ employment guidance.
