济南市某商业写字楼空调冷源方案分析

Analysis of the Cold Source of a Commercial Office Building Air-conditioning System in Jinan City

针对济南市某商业写字楼实际空调工程,根据建筑物功能及负荷特点,在确定该建筑空调冷负荷的基础上对多联机及冰蓄冷两种空调方案进行选型,对两空调方案各自的初投资及运行费用进行对比分析,结果表明,本建筑多联机空调初投资、运行费用均低于冰蓄冷方案,最终确定该建筑物优先采用多联机空调方案。

In this paper, according to the function and load characteristics of a commercial office building in Jinan city, and based on the cooling load of the building, the equipments of the multi-line air-conditioning and ice storage air-conditioning two system were selected. After that, the initial investment and operating costs of two air-conditioning system were analyzed, the results show that, the initial investment and operating costs of multi-line air-conditioning are all lower the ones of ice storage air-conditioning system as for this building. The application of multi-line air-conditioning system in this building is much better than the latter one.
