双频RFID纸质标签天线模型参数研究

摘要 在印制RFID标签中,承印物、导电油墨厚度、天线形状及多频带是研究的重点。本研究以非涂布纸为承印物,运用Ansoft HFSS软件建立RFID标签的平面倒L-L双频单极子天线模型,并研究了纸张厚度、导电油墨厚度对RFID标签性能的影响,得到最佳纸张厚度为1.42mm和油墨厚度为20μm,并在此模型基础上进一步优化天线形状,为大规模生产和应用RFID纸质标签提供了一定的技术指导。 For printing RFID label, substrates, conductive ink thickness, antenna shape and dual - frequency are the research emphases. With the uncoated paper as the substrate, a plane inverted L - L dual - frequency model was established by using Ansoft HFSS software in this paper. The influences of paper thickness, ink thickness on RFID label performance were studied. There was a best point on the antenna with paper thickness of 1.42ram and ink thickness of 20 μm. Then the model of antenna was optimized for the shape. The paper would provide a certain technical guidance for large-scale production and application of the RFID label on paper substrates.
