工作中积极的有效预测指标包括积极情感、意义感、可控性和期望。男性辅导员比女性辅导员感到工作可控性更强、上海地区的辅导员比其他地区的辅导员工作更投入、积极情感体验更多。相对企业员工而言,高校辅导员体验更多的积极压力,不仅目标明确,而且感到工作更具有可控性。
Indices for valid prediction of an advisor's performance include positive feelings, sense of meaning, controllability and expectation. Male advisors generally feel more control of their work than their female counterparts; advisors working in Shanghai are more dedicated and more positive in their emotional experience. Compared to enterprise employees, college advisors feel more eustress; they are not only more goal - oriented but also in better control of their job.
