摘要
本文从大学生延迟毕业原因分析、延迟毕业学生心理现状和社会支持现状三个方面对延迟毕业学生现状进行了总结,并从注重延迟毕业学生心理调适和加强延迟毕业学生社会支持两个方面进行管理对策的探索。
This paper sums up the current situation of college studentg delay in graduation in three respects, cause for students＇ graduation delay, mentality of students choosing to delay graduation and social support in this regard. It suggests paying more attention to these students＇ psychological adjustment and strengthening social support.
