Pollution control of county industry is an important problem in the process of industrialization and urbanization. We should pay attention to important industry and enterprise which emits large concentration and amount of COD and dust and control poUution according to characters of the enterprises and the climate. The paper discusses pollution control in county dominated by typical industry city in the north of SongNen plain.
