企业绩效管理缘何沦为“鸡肋”

摘要 绩效管理是一个全员、全过程、多维度的管理体系,是人力资源管理的核心。绩效管理登录中国之后,已经得到了广泛应用。但是很多企业的绩效管理并没有达到预期目标并逐渐沦为"鸡肋"。其原因分析包括绩效管理没有得到企业高层的重视和支持、绩效文化没有得到建立等方面。在应对措施方面,要重视战略目标与绩效管理的融合、企业文化与绩效文化的融合、企业发展与员工发展的融合等。 Performance management, a managing system containing all staffs, the whole process and multi-dimensions, is the core of human resource management. Since being introuduced into China, it has been used widely. However, the performance managements of many enterprises did not achieve the expected goals and became the things of little value. There are many reasons for this, such as lack of concern and support from the top level of the enterprise, without establishment of performance cultures. The solutions include combinations of strategic goals and performance, enterprise culture and performance culture, and enterprise development and individual staff development.
