基于线结构光的冰箱门装配间隙在线检测方法

摘要 提出了一种基于线结构光的双门冰箱装配间隙在线检测方法。工业数字相机拍摄投射在冰箱门上的激光条纹;通过连通区域搜索,捕捉图像中条纹位置;采用高斯曲线拟合法提取条纹中心线;通过三角法获得中心线的偏移量对应的装配间隙。对测量数据进行倒数变换,使得检测方法的输入输出具有线性关系,方便工业现场标定。实验与现场测量数据表明该方法能够满足工业现场应用。 Using a line-shape structured light sensor, the double-door refrigerator assembly gap was inspected. The industrial digital camera grabs the laser stripe. Searching the connected region, the stripe position in the image was located, and the stripe center line can be got by extracting the Gauss curve center points. Calculating the stripe center line offset size, the corresponding assembly gap was obtained using optical trigonometry measurement principle. Through reciprocal transforming the measured data, the relationship between the input and output of the inspecting method was changed to be linear. So, the system calibration becomes very convenient. The experimental data and online measurement results show that this inspecting method can be used in industrial field.
