摘要
为克服传统矿质混合料生产过程中依靠人工监测混合料级配的诸多缺陷,给出一种可在线实时监测矿质混合料级配的系统实现方法。系统通过采集混合料生产过程中各分料仓集料下落时的动态图像,并借助图像处理和分析方法从集料图像中提取集料几何特征,据此特征计算各分料仓的集料规格和混合料合成级配。当发现集料规格与设计规格不相符时,监测系统给出告警信息,同时将级配误差记录在数据库中,以便追溯分析错误原因。基于VC++6.0与SQLServer 2005开发了级配数据在线统计分析监测软件,软件功能完善,界面友好,性能稳定,使用方便。整体系统可为矿质混合料生产提供可靠的质量监测。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of monitoring mineral mixture gradation manually during the traditional min- eral mixture production process, a realization method for online real-time monitoring mineral mixture gradation was proposed. By capturing the dynamic image of the aggregate when they are falling from the port of aggregate bin, and using image processing and analyzing technology to extract the geometrical characteristics of the aggregate, the specification of the aggregate and gradation of the mineral mixture can be calculated. When the specification monitored by the system is not concordant with the designed one, warning information will be given. The gradation error will be recorded in a database for analyzing reasons. A suit of software for online mo- nitoring gradation was developed based on VC + + 6.0 and SQL Server 2005. The software characterizes with its perfect function, friendly UI, stable performance and easy of use. The system can provide reliable quality monitoring for the mineral mixture production.
