The Image of Sojourner in Yan Geling's Works

Yan Geling,the American Chinese writer,inclines to write about the sojourner from the female perspective.This article analyzes the group image of sojourner by three of her works,Fusang,Aunt Duohe and the cafe Noway out.The prostitute,housewife,and artists in these works all suffer the same fate.Yan explored the deep inside of people with unique sensitivity,checked and examed East-West relations and confirmed that East can express itself when conveying the sense of dislocation of foreign culture produced in the collisions.
