高职护理特色专业建设及教学改革的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Higher Vocational Nursing Specialty and the Education Reform

随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人们更加关注自身的健康和生存质量,对护理工作提出了更高的要求。"如何培养适应当今社会需要的高等护理人才"给高职院校提出了新的课题,因此,深化高职护理特色专业建设和教学改革有着重要意义。近年来,我院重点从创新办学体制机制和人才培养模式、构建岗位能力需求的课程体系、优化师资队伍、改革教学方法和教学组织形式、构建科学合理的多元评价体系等方面进行了探索,不断提高人才培养质量,增强办学特色和办学水平。

With the social progress and economic development,people pay more attention to their own health and quality of life,and a higher request is put forward on nursing work.A new task,how to culture the higher nursing talents which are adapted to society needs today,has been offered to higher vocational colleges.Therefore there is great significance in characteristic special construction and education reform.In recent years,our college has been focusing on exploring the system and mechanism innovation,the talent culturing mode,the construction of curriculum system of the post ability requirements,the optimization of the teaching staff,the reform of teaching methods and teaching organizational forms,and the construction of a scientific and reasonable multiple evaluation system.We also improve the quality of talent cultivation and strengthen the characteristics and the level of school-running.
