系列烷基芳基磺酸盐在大庆油砂上的吸附性能 被引量:2

Adsorption Performance of Series Alkyl Aryl Sulfonates on Oil Sand of Daqing Oilfield

摘要 利用静态吸附实验法研究了实验室自制的3种高纯度烷基芳基磺酸盐在大庆油砂上的吸附规律,并考察了吸附时间,温度,磺酸盐、盐、碱及醇含量对磺酸盐吸附量的影响。结果表明,磺酸盐在油砂上的吸附量随着其质量浓度和相对分子质量的增大逐渐增加,然后趋于平稳,随着温度和醇体积分数的降低、盐和碱浓度的增加而增大。吸附热力学研究表明,烷基芳基磺酸盐在油砂上的吸附等温线服从Langmuir等温吸附方程,计算得到的各参数均能很好地反映磺酸盐在油砂上的吸附特征;吸附动力学研究表明,Elovich方程能够更好地描述磺酸盐在油砂表面吸附量随时间的变化。 Three different alkyaryl aryl sulfonates of high purity were synthesized. Their static adsorption performance on oil sand of Daqing oilfield was studied, and the influences of adsorptive time, adsorptive temperature, the contents of sulfonate, salts, alkalis, alcohols on the efficiency of their absorption were investigated. The experimental results showed that with the increase of sulfonate mass concentration and relative molecular mass, the absorption capacity of sulfonate on oil sand firstly increased and then tended to stable. The adsorption capacity of sulfonate on oil sand increased with the addition of salt and alkali, while decreased with the addition of alcohol and temperature. The thermodynamieal results showed that the adsorption of alkyaryl aryl sulfonates on oil sand could be well described by Langmuir equation. The constants of the equation calculated from the experimental data could indicate well the adsorption characterisics of sulfonates on oil sand. The dynamical results showed that the adsorption capacity change of sulfonate on oil sand with time was described well by Elovich equation.
