本文提出了科技与经济交互作用论 ,把其概括为手段目的论、对立统一论、供求论三种。给出了各种理论的主要内容 ,并从逻辑上、理论基础上、对政策制定的指导上分析了三论之间的相互关系 ,认为这“三论”是一个完整的有机统一体 ,它涵盖了科技与经济交互作用的基本规律 ,具有科学性、合理性与实用性。
