摘要
介绍了SSR分子标记的特点及其在作物种质资源鉴定中的应用,主要包括亲缘关系鉴定、品种鉴定、真实性鉴定及纯度鉴定;提出了改进方法,并对其应用前景作了展望。
The characterizations of SSR markers were introduced and its application in crop germplasm i- dentification was also reviewed, which included the relation evaluation of different germplasms, variety identi- fication, authenticity and purity identification of varieties. In addition, the improving methods for SSR were put forward and its application＂ prospect was discussed in this paper.
