摘要
以2个糯玉米品种和2个普通玉米品种为试材,研究了两种玉米类型生育后期光合特性的差异。结果表明,从灌浆前期到蜡熟期,普通玉米叶片的光合速率都高于糯玉米,尤其是在灌浆后期和乳熟期;普通玉米叶片叶绿素a含量均高于糯玉米,蜡熟期糯玉米叶片已经死亡时普通玉米叶片叶绿素a含量仍维持在一定数值;糯玉米叶片光合速率最大值出现的时间和下降进程都早于普通玉米;乳熟期之后,糯玉米叶片的绿叶面积明显小于普通玉米。
Two waxy corn varieties and two common corn varieties were used to research the differences of photosynthesis characteristics in the late growth period. The results showed that the photosynthesis rate of common corn leaves was higher than that of waxy corn varieties from the early grain - filling stage to the dough stage, especially at the late filling stage and the milk stage. The content of chlorophyll a in common corn leav- es was higher than that in waxy corn at all growth stages. When the leaves of waxy corn were dead at dough stage, the chlorophyll a content in common corn leaves was still at a certain value. Both the maximum value and decreasing process of photosynthesis rate in waxy corn appeared earlier than those of common corn. The green leaf area of waxy corn variety was obviously smaller than that of common corn after the milk stage.
