Routing Selection of the Government's Credibility Construction During the Process of the Public Policy-making

公共政策制定过程与政府公信力建设关系密切,当前,在公共政策制定过程中存在着不少政府公信力缺失的问题,要解决这些问题,就要从人民群众、政府行政人员、法律体制方面分析其产生的原因,并通过加强公共政策制定的民主化、法制化、科学化来推进政府公信力建设。

The process of the public policy-making has a close relationship with the government＇s credibility construction.At present,there are many problems of lack of the government＇s credibility in the process of the public policy-making.To solve these problems,people must analyze the reasons in four aspects：the people,government administrators and legal system and push on with the government＇s credibility construction by strengthening democratization,legalization and scientization of the public policy-making.
