摘要
通过对自卸车举升机构进行理论分析,建立了以举升机构在初始工作位置时的各铰点坐标值为设计变量,以最小翻倾力为优化目标函数的数学模型,综合考虑机构的几何约束与运动约束,并以MATLAB仿真软件为工具,对所建立的数学模型进行了优化计算分析。计算结果表明了优化设计的优越性。
Through theoretical analysis of the lifting mechanism of a dump truck, a mathematical model was built in which the coordinate values of each hinge joint of the lifting mechanism at initial operative location were taken as the design variables and the minimum tilting moment as the optimization object. And then, based on comprehensively considering the geometric constraints and motion constraints of the lifting mechanism, MATLAB was applied to carry out optimization calculation and analysis. The calculation results indicated the superiority of the optimization design.
