摘要
从戴维斯的磨球运动理论及磨球分层运动模型出发,对影响卧式球磨机磨球的碰撞能量因素进行了分析。理论分析及计算结果表明,磨球的运动状态及磨球的密度与形状尺寸是影响磨球碰撞能量的直接因素,这对调节磨矿效率具有一定的指导作用。
Based on Davis theory of grinding ball movement and layered motion, the paper analyzed the factors affecting collision energy of grinding balls in the horizontal ball mill. Theoretical analysis and calculation results showed that the movement of grinding balls and the density, shape and size of grinding balls directly affected the collision energy of grinding balls. The results possessed some guidance for controlling grinding efficiency.
