摘要
采用不同的浮选设备对某硫铁矿浮选尾矿进行了再选试验研究。结果表明,当采用浮选机一粗二精二扫闭路流程时,可以得到品位为33.48%、回收率为65.28%的硫精矿。而采用浮选柱一粗一精一扫流程进行闭路试验,可以得到品位为32.84%、回收率为70.16%的硫精矿,虽然精矿品位略有降低,但回收率提高了近5个百分点。
Experiments on rebeneficiation of pyrites flotation tailings by using different flotation equipments were carried out. The results showed that sulfur concentrate with grade of 33.48% and recovery of 65.28% was obtained by using flotation machine with closed-circuit process of one roughing, two cleanings and two scavengings; sulfur concentrate with grade of 32.84% and recovery of 70.16% was obtained by using flotation coumn with closed-circuit process of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging. Although the grade of the sulfur concentrate dropped a bit, the recovery increased almost 5%.
