堆焊工艺制备复合耐磨材料

摘要 笔者采用ER50-6焊条分别在Q235钢和45钢表面以焊条电弧焊工艺进行了堆焊试验,并对堆焊金属的显微组织及硬度进行了测试分析,探讨了相关工艺因素对堆焊耐磨层组织及性能的影响。结果表明,堆焊层晶粒细化作用明显,堆焊速度及基材等对堆焊层组织和性能具有显著影响。 Hardfacing test was conducted by shielded metal arc welding process on the surface of steel Q235 and steel 45 with wire electrode ER50-6. The microstructure and the hardness of the deposited metal were investigated, and influences of related technological parameters on the microstructure and the performance of the deposited layer were discussed. Results showed that the deposited layer had refined grain, and welding velocity and base material possessed significant influence on the microstructure and the performance of the deposited layer.
