摘要
随着区域经济的发展,科技创新的关键性作用日益突出。科技创新能够对区域经济的发展提供持续的原动力,使优势资源转变为经济优势和现实的生产力,这种作用从根本上体现在量的增长和质的发展两个层面。要把提高科技创新能力作为经济发展中的战略性问题,完善科技创新机制,才能真正形成区域经济的可持续发展。
With the development of the regional economy,science and technology innovation plays an increasingly prominent role.Innovation of science and technology can provide sustained motive force to regional economic development;make resource advantages into economic advantages and actual productivity,which fundamentally embodied in two dimensions of the growth of the quantity and quality of the development.It is required to regard improving the ability of technological innovation as a strategic issue in economic development,to perfect the mechanism of innovation of science and technology.Thus the sustainable development of regional economy could be formed.
