摘要
为了更好地了解不同新型纤维纯纺纱和混纺纱的性能变化,以Modal纤维、竹浆纤维、圣麻纤维、粘胶纤维、Outlast改性粘胶纤维的纯纺纱和混纺纱为研究对象,对其纱线性能进行试验对比分析。研究表明:Modal纤维纯纺纱及其含量较高混纺纱的强伸度和耐磨性均较好,毛羽少,条干较均匀;竹浆纤维纯纺纱和混纺纱的初始模量均较低,毛羽少,条干较均匀,但纱线强度和耐磨性较差,断裂伸长较大;圣麻纤维混纺纱毛羽较少,但条干不匀率偏大,弹性较好;Outlast改性粘胶纤维混纺纱线的强伸度均偏低,耐磨性和条干较差,毛羽较多。认为应根据不同纤维纱线的性能进行工艺设置和产品开发。
To research the property changes of different new fiber pure yarn and blended yarn, Modal fiber, bamboo fiber, Shengma fiber, viscose fiber and Outlast modified viscose fiber were selected as materials, the pure yarn and blended yarn were selected as research objects, the yarns properties were tested and analyzed. The result shows the strength and elongation of pure Modal yarn or blended yarn with higher Modal contain are better,the yarn hairiness is less and the yarn evenness is evener. Initial modulus of both bamboo pure yarn and bamboo blended yarn are lower, the yarn hairiness is less and the yarn evenness is evener,while the yarn strength and wearability are worse,the yarn breaking elongation is larger. Hairiness of Shengma fiber blended yarn is less, while the yarn evenness is worse, the yarn elasticity is better. Strength and elongation of Outlast modified viscose fiber blended yarn is lower, the yarn wearability and evenness are worse,the yarn hairiness is more. It is considered that processing configuration and product development should be selected according to fiber and yarn properties.
