Frequent woven defects finish methods of several functional gray goods were discussed. Through analyzing the reasons, a series of finish methods were summarized. New defects and finish methods of test product in weaving process were researched. Some new finish methods were put forwards such as positive and negative coated water method, two-point tweezers new usage ect form aspects of selection of finish tools and finish additives, proper finish methods. It is considered that problems of functional gray goods defects can be solved by new finish method, repaired gray goods can be accepted by customers, benefit can be created for enterprise.
